OUR PROCESS
1. Initial Contact
During the initial phone discussion, a member of our team will go into detail with you regarding your project. This helps us to see the project through your eyes, so that we can work more effectively with you during the future planning process. Our goal is to make sure that given the type of project, the scope of work, and urgency that we are a good fit for you. Once you determined we can meet your needs, we will schedule a date and time for our initial on-site consultation.
2. Initial on-site Consultation
At our first meeting we will listen to your ideas and help you prioritize your wants and needs. Some clients know exactly what they want, when others have no idea. Most clients fall somewhere in the middle. From discussing what you would like to see in the end, a basic concept of your project will be formed. We will also evaluate the existing conditions and how to incorporate your desired changes so that the end result will be a seamless transition from old to new. At the end of the consultation we will review the project to make sure we are on the same page before preparing a bid.
3. Pre-Construction
Armed with the information gathered thus far, we are ready to present a proposal. It will map out the project from beginning to end discussing everything from demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes as well as the cost. We will then review your project and proposal with you. During this review process we will address any final questions or concerns you may have in order for you to make an informed and comfortable decision. Once you feel confident with our partnership and approve the submitted proposal, we will confirm a start date and estimated completion time. We will also discuss your payment schedule and initial deposit. Depending on the scope of the project we will also help you obtain the required permits.
4. Construction
It is almost time to start! At this stage our goal is to ensure that your house will continue to feel like a home and not a construction site. We will do our best to mask and/or protect your project while leaving the workspace clean at the end of each day. Communication is very important to the success of any project. That is why throughout the project we encourage you to ask as many questions as you see fit. It will give us the opportunity to respond to any of your concerns promptly. We also realize that during the course of the project it may be necessary to change the design or material selection. If change requests are made by you throughout the project we will provide, in writing, the change order, before a change is implemented.
5. Post-Construction
Upon completion of your project we will invite you to conduct a detailed site review. Before the final payment is made we guarantee your complete satisfaction. It is our goal to provide a remarkable remodeling experience for every one of our customers. We will ask you to complete a brief review online to be sure we are exceeding our customer's expectations. Most of our new clients are referred to us by our previous customers.
